Proven experience in maintenance, vendor management, and resident interaction

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards
Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day facility operations

Supervise housekeeping, technical, and security teams

Ensure timely maintenance and repair of all utilities
