Position Overview: As a Technical Operations Manager and Security Operations Manager at OGS FM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the technical and security aspects of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of these critical areas, contributing to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize technical and security operations within the company.
- Oversee the performance of technical and security teams, ensuring they meet or exceed service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in technical and security operations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and security threats.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technical and security teams.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical and security operations best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving operational goals.
